Stephen began his career in London in 1981 and brings over four decades of experience in the (re)insurance industry. In 1997, he established Aon’s Energy Practice in Asia and later served as CEO of ED Broking Singapore, overseeing operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Stephen brings extensive expertise in oil & gas, power, petrochemicals, and mining.
Theresa brings extensive reinsurance expertise backed by 20 years specializing in casualty, financial lines, and specialty risks. She has built her career through many years with PWS, further strengthened by her previous role with Marnix, where she handled diverse portfolios across global markets. She now leads efforts to advance business growth and market presence in the Philippines while continuing to engage with global partners.
Ben began his insurance career in 2016 and is recognized for his technical expertise, market insight, and strong industry relationships. He brings valuable experience from his previous role at Marnix Reinsurance Brokers, where he led the placement of complex property and engineering risks across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
Georgii holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Malta (2022), specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management, with additional studies in Risk Management and Insurance. He gained experience in business consultancy and development across Europe before joining PBWS as a BDM in December 2025. He is currently focused on developing the marine portfolio across APAC, building relationships with global partners, and creating a pipeline of new capacity worldwide.

Her technical knowledge and understanding across these lines of business, together with well-established relationships with insurers and reinsurers, enables her to deliver insurance and reinsurance solutions to Clients.
Cecilia has over 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, spanning marketing, claims, technical operations, and treaty broking across international markets. She began her career in the Philippines before moving into Head of Technician at UIB Dubai and later expanding her treaty broking expertise at Howden Re Singapore. Her career reflects a well‑rounded mix of technical knowledge, operational management, broking capabilities, and strong client relationships across the region.
